Some modest gains in the various markets over recent weeks with early signs that higher interest rates are starting to reign in the inflation threat.

The 2022 calendar year has been very challenging. However, Australian 10-year bond rates have reduced from above 4% to below 3.5% – with both bond prices and share price indexes showing some recovery over recent weeks.
